I have been in the food industry for 20+ years. I started in fast food restaurant chains, to restaurant owner, to food truck owner to now owning an open air food trailer. I started Open Air Fry Master because I have a passion for providing good customer service and feeding people good food fast.
I noticed at many festivals, vendors have long lines that move very slowly. For those reasons, I down sized the menu to make customers happy! Here at Open Air Fry Master, we offer one entrée, one side, and one drink. With this concept we eliminate waiting and we get it right the first time!
